John D. Hoh assumes IIT leadership duties

John D. Hoh brings 20 years of professional experience to Penn State Harrisburg as its new Director of Instructional and Information Technologies.

Dr. Hoh, who assumed duties in the senior leadership staff position July 1, was most recently the director of technology for the West York Area School District. Prior to his appointment at West York, he served as director of computer services at Franklin & Marshall College for more than 13 years.

A resident of Lititz, he holds a bachelor’s degree in systems science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s in computer science from the University of New Haven in Connecticut, and a doctorate in educational administration/research methodologies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst..
