This site is dedicated to the alumni and future alumni of the Penn State Harrisburg Training and Development Master’s Program. It is through this site that your fellow alumni and other supporters at Penn State will continually strive to keep you informed and connected.

As we mentioned at our first TRDEVAlumni Alliance event on October 30, 2007, our site will come to fruition based on input from alumni and current students as we build and develop it together. We encourage you to contact us to share your thoughts and ideas.

Welcome from the Program Coordinator

On behalf of the Training and Development program I welcome you to the website of the TRDEV Alumni Alliance. As you may know, the TRDEV program at Penn State Harrisburg was begun in the mid-1980s. In the 20 years since that time approximately 400 students have earned their master’s degree in TRDEV. Over the years many alumni have expressed interest in maintaining the bonds with colleagues that they had formed when they were students in the TRDEV program. Toward that end, in 2007 a group of dedicated alumni created an organization dedicated to serving the alumni of the TRDEV program – the TRDEV Alumni Alliance. The intent of the Alumni Alliance is to provide alumni with a vehicle for staying connected with each other and the TRDEV program. We invite you to contact one of the members of the Alumni Alliance planning committee with ideas about services or activities you’d like to see the Alumni Alliance offer and/or if you’d like to become actively involved in the alumni organization.
