New Alumni Users - Request an account to view positions and post your resume.

For alumni who have never held a Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting account. As part of your request, you must:

1. Enter of establish your Friends of Penn State (FPS) Account.
2. Log-in to Nittany Lion Recruiting and request a new account.

Returning Alumni - Log-in

For alumni who registered for NLR as an undergraduate, you can continue to use the account established as an undergraduate. Simply go to Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting and log-in with your previous log-in information. Please update your email address.

Add On-Campus Recruiting - Add OCR to an existing account

For alumni who registered for NLR and now would like to enroll in the on-campus recruiting program.

Alumni are welcome to utilize on-campus recruiting. In general, we recommend OCR for use by alumni with less than two years professional experience. There is a $40 fee for alumni to access OCR and alumni must travel to the campus hosting the interviews if selected for an on-campus interview by an employer.
