Confidentiality of Student RecordsThe University recognizes the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of student records as described in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. According to this policy, information that is considered public record may be released without the student’s permission. Students may request that this information not be publicly released by contacting the Enrollment Services/Academic Records Office, Swatara Building. Requests must be made in person with proper identification.
