Textbooks

Textbooks will be available for purchase in the Penn State Bookstore at Penn State Harrisburg. If you are unable to get to the Bookstore to purchase your books, you may order them by mail or phone and have them sent to you for a $4.00 mailing fee for the first book plus 50¢ for each additional book. Penn State Bookstore Return Policy

1. Incorrect textbooks must be returned within the first two weeks of classes.

2. Books must be in the same condition as purchased.

3. Books must have current price stickers or term code.

4. Cash register receipt and Penn State ID are required. No cash refunds without a receipt.

5. Defective merchandise is exchangeable at any time with a proof of purchase.

6. Special orders are non-returnable.

7. Refunds will be issued for all merchandise within three calendar days of purchase (receipt required). Exceptions: outlines, study aids, magazines, software, electronics, film, and prepaid phone cards.
