The purpose of Capital Alliance is to improve the visibility, strength, and support of the Pennsylvania State University lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, questioning, and allied (LGBTQA) communities through an educational and social environment. Students who identify themselves as LGBTQ are enabled to interact with other individuals who share like identities in a positive, comfortable, and confidential atmosphere.
