From the Fallout Shelter
Founded in 1971, From the Fallout Shelter appears annually and publishes students′ creative works, including poetry, short stories, photography, paintings, graphics, creative essays, and one-act plays. Students in all programs across the campus are invited to submit their creations anonymously.

Student editors and From the Fallout Shelter staff select submissions for publication and award prizes for best poem, short story, and visual art. Additionally, From the Fallout Shelter provides students with hands-on experience in editing, lay-out and design, business operations, public relations, and other aspects of publishing.
