Naugle, who earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Penn State Harrisburg, did not always have his career plans set in communications. Prior to coming to Penn State, Naugle was a vocal performance major.

At 13, Naugle began training in classical voice. He also studied music theory, classical composition and the human voice. At one time Naugle even worked for an Opera company. It was there that Naugle’s focus changed and he became interested in Public relations.

Naugle is currently campaigning to win a seat on the Shiremanstown Borough Council. He also volunteers as a political activist.

Naugle fantasizes about one day becoming President of the U.S. In the meantime, he hopes to write a speech for someone very important. "I always thought it would be great to write a speech and hear a sound byte from it on the news."
