Notice for Summer 2006

During the summer of 2006, the administrative center for the Environmental Pollution Control (EPC) Program will be moving from the University Park campus to Penn State Harrisburg (Capital Campus). During the transition period, information on the program at University Park is located at this website. However, for information on, and application to, the EPC at Penn State Harrisburg, go to: http://itc.hbg.psu.edu/Projects/envprog/envprog/students/prospective/gr_programs.htm. If you have questions during this transition period, contact Sue Hipple at 717-948-6358 (szh2@psu.edu).

Welcome,

This graduate handbook was developed to help you understand the policies and guidelines applicable to the EPC Program. It is intended to supplement the Graduate Degree Programs catalog which contains important information and policies regarding graduate studies at Penn State.

We want to help you maximize the benefits and rewards of your graduate educational experience. It is essential to work closely with your faculty adviser in accomplishing this objective, and our office is available to provide the administrative support needed to reach your educational goals.

Finally, we would appreciate feedback on the contents of this handbook so that subsequent editions will better meet the needs of EPC students.
