M.E.P.C. Degree

Master of Environmental Pollution Control (M.E.P.C.)
The M.E.P.C. degree is a professional degree recommended for those students who want to attain proficiency in a specific area of environmental pollution control yet do not wish to be engaged in independent research as required in an academic degree. A minimum requirement of fifteen credits of 500-level courses, which includes the EPC 590 seminar class and up to three paper-writing credits (596) in the affiliating department, has been established for the M.E.P.C. degree. The M.E.P.C. degree requires a scholarly report written on some aspect of the student's study in environmental pollution control.
