Environmental Pollution Control Program

General Standards for the Master’s Paper
The subject of the paper may cover any design, analysis, research, or development project of an engineering, science, or planning nature that is sufficiently original to be largely the work of the author. The report should reflect the level of knowledge reached during the graduate studies. The paper should include at least the following: a statement of the problem, a review of relevant literature, description of methodology, data analysis, and conclusion.

The report should follow an accepted and logical form used in scientific and engineering reports. The following sections will probably be included in most masters’ papers, but this may vary depending upon guidance from the paper adviser.
