Sometimes it is necessary for you to switch your email server.  This should be done only when you have a clear purpose for doing so.

  1. Go to www.work.psu.edu
  2. Click on Edit your online directory information and login with your access ID and password
  3. You will see a screen that looks something like this:

 

  1. Go to the part of the screen that says Forwarding Address.

    a.  Staff and faculty usually are on mail.psu.edu
    b.  Students are usually on email.psu.edu

  2. Make the change, scroll down to bottom and click Save Changes
