Not only is it important to lock your PC when you are away from it, but locking your PC is prescribed by policy AD20. It is easy to lock a Windows PC. There are two ways:
If your keyboard has a window key, a key with the Microsoft
Windows icon on it, you can press the
plus the L key and
that will lock the PC.
If your keyboard does not have the window key, you can press CNTRL/ALT/DEL then ENTER and that will lock the PC.
Pressing CNTRL/ALT/DEL then ENTER will unlock the PC. You must use your Penn State Harrisburg Local Area Network password to regain access to the computer.
