THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR:
The primary administrative contact must be full time staff and they are responsible for knowing which student organizations are approved at Penn State Harrisburg. This will be under the authority Office of the Director of Student Affairs.
The primary administrative contact's assistant(s) may be student(s)
The primary technical contact must be full time staff and they are responsible for uploading content. clubs@psu.edu will support the tech contact on tech issues or any other questions about the clubs service.
The primary technical contact's assistant(s) may be students(s).
PROCEDURE - the procedure follows step by step in order Step 1, Step 2, Step 3.
THE IIT OFFICE DOES NOT maintain club web sites or track club web sites. All requests for status of club web sites go through Penn State Harrisburg Student Services.
Violations of Policy AD20 will be enforced. You agreed to abide by this policy when you signed for your access account at a signature station. All faculty, staff and students at Penn State are bound by this policy.
