Are you using webmail at home? This site will provide tips that help webmail perform faster over a modem.
Another webmail at home tip: To obtain the screen below,
login to webmail and click on the Options
. The photo
below illustrates the recommended setting for Mailbox Display Settings
for a dialup connection. Note that the setting is set to Display only last
50 messages. You might even try Display only last 20 messages or Display
only unread messages.
